Hello, my name is Sari and I am looking for a flatmate to move in as my current flatmate is leaving. I am a professional working in economic consulting, based in Blackfriars.
The flat is located in a compound in Devons Road - Devons Road DLR station is approximately 5 minutes away, and the walk to Bromley-by-Bow station is approximately 12 minutes. Council tax band for the apartment is D. There is a Tesco Express and a gym two minutes away walking, while there are a number of shops that are also close by (pub, patisseries, and some fast-food restaurants).
The room has a double bed and is an ensuite (half bathroom, the shower is shared in the main bathroom), with some space for a small desk if you are working from home. The flat has a communal space with a kitchen, couch, a dining table, and a small balcony with a great view of London. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and quiet (especially during the weekdays as I work from home for 3 days a week). I am open to an occasional outing to the pub, park, or just strolling around London.
I spend most of my free time reading, going to the gym, gaming, and going out with friends during the weekend.
Room is available to rent starting December 16 2025 but this is flexible and I am open to a move in date after the holidays - the new tenant and myself will start a new one year contract for the flat which can be renewed. I have been living in this apartment for 4 years now.
