The kitchen comes with communal use of the washing machine, kettle and toaster.

There is a small Tesco a short walk away from the flat with a local gym located close by.

Local train stations include:
- Devons Road - DLR
- Bromley-by-bow - District, Hammersmith & City
- Mile End - District, Hammersmith & City, Central Line.

Rent is £1,000pcm with a deposit of 1 months' rent.
