The flat has excellent transport links. It's 4 mins walk from Bromley-by-Bow on the District Line and 4 mins walk from Devons Road on the DLR, from which there is easy access to the central line, the jubilee line, overground and elizabeth line.

The flat is 15 mins by tube from Victoria Park and Canary Wharf and sits by a canal, with a small Sainsburys local and a GP surgery within the block of flats. It's in council tax band E.

The current flatmates are two women in their early 30s, working as professionals in London. They enjoy looking after dogs, running and walks round Victoria Park, reading, board games, travelling and exploring London.
