Hey potential flatmate!

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely LGBTQ+ household in a cozy 4-bedroom semi-detached house in Bow, East London (E3). Move-in date is flexible but from December 20th, and the room is available for a long-term contract takeover (22 months remaining on a 24-month lease).

Our home is in a quiet area, just a 5–10 minute walk from underground and DLR stations, making it super convenient for commuting. The house is warm and cozy, thanks to double-glazed windows and efficient heating, and comes with:

- A spacious garden (great for summer barbecues/get togethers).
- Two bathrooms (one bath)
- A long kitchen and a shared living room, perfect for chilling.
- The room itself is fully furnished, including desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed
- Room is a comfortable size, and features a quiet bed frame with a comfy mattress. 😏

You’ll be sharing with three young professionals in full-time Monday-Friday jobs. We’re a friendly, sociable group who value a clean and relaxed home environment. We enjoy hanging out, going out together, and have rich social lives, but this isn’t really a party house or afters spot, although we do love those, just not so much here lol.

We’re keen to find someone we click with, who’s up for the occasional chat or dinner together, and who’ll help keep the good vibes going!

You will need to be able to take over the contract and not sublet fyi! The deposit amount is 5-weeks rent at £1081.50 (calculated from room sizes for fairness).
