The flat is within 5 minutes walking distance to Devons Road and has quick access to Stratford and Canary Wharf. It's about a 12-minute walk to Bromely-by-bow, which has both the District and H&C lines. The flat boasts floor-ceiling windows with ample natural light. It also comes with a dishwasher, and washer-dryer and there is a gym right across the road.
