E. London Room w/ Scenic Walks & a Fluffy Flatmate

If you ever wanted to live with a dog but your mother never allowed you, now is the time!

Nayra (the dog in question) is an, American Akita, old lady. A bit sassy in the beginning but you'll surely be best friends within days.

But enough about the queen of the house, let's talk about the room.

The room is 3m x 2.7m and it includes a Small Double Ottoman bed (with storage) and a mattress, a wardrobe + a modular one, which can me removed if you don't need it and you could probably fit a small desk instead.

There is a bathroom (without shower) exactly next to your room, that could be, if you would like more of an en-suite experience, just yours for an extra £50/month.

The common areas are:
A very spacious living room, with a TV and a big dinning table.
Next to it, there is an also spacious kitchen, where you can cook your meals while Nayra is staring in your soul, patiently waiting for a treat (no worries, we have some dog treats you can give her if you want! ).

Upstairs, there is a big bathroom with a bathtub and a small storage room.

There is a private garden for the development with bike shed shelters.

About the flatmates:
We are currently 2 ppl living in the property, Varvara and myself.

We are both fulltime professionals. Varvara works in the NHS and I work in the Film Industry, We are both pretty chill and reasonable and happy to mee you :)

About bills:

Council Tax (Band E), Electricity & Broadband: £97/month (fixed)
Water is roughly £15-20/month, depending on consumption.
Heating is roughly £20-35/month, depending on consumption and season.

Amenities:
- Nisa 2min walk (Open until 11 pm everyday)
- Lidl / Tesco 5-6min walk
- Park in front of the house
- Bartlett park 3mins walk (food market every Saturday)
- Mile End climbing centre 25min walk
- Santander dock station 2min walk
- Canals 2min walk (great for a walk or running)

Public Transport:
- DLR: Devons Road station 7min walk
- Central/District/Hammersmith: Mile End station 13min walk

The room is available from today but we look for someone latest by 2 Oct. The current contract ends on April 2nd 2026. If we're all happy, we can always extend the contract!
