Unfortunately my amazing housemate is moving out so I’m looking for a lovely new female housemate in her 20s to join me in a cozy two-bedroom flat just a 5-minute walk to Devon’s Road DLR and 15 minutes to Bromley-by-Bow Station. Ideally someone who wants a place for at least 12 months for consistency!

I’m 25, work in finance (9–5, in the office twice a week or sometimes more) and looking for someone to help make this a peaceful friendly home. I don’t eat pork but I don’t mind if you do as long as we use different pots/pans. I’m super respectful of boundaries and always open to communicating to make this a comfortable space for both of us!
I love wholesome nights in, flower markets, museums, trying new food spots and going out for drinks. I’m sociable and always up for a chat or a casual hang, but also really value downtime and personal space. Also into the gym so would never say no to a workout buddy.
