Double room in Bow

I have a double room with a king-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe (no en-suite but you will have your own bathroom, with a bathtub). The flat is a furnished 2-bed in an apartment block, with a private balcony and concierge. Bills + Council tax are around £100-150 per month. The flat comes with access to bike storage in the shared garage, and a parking space can be requested from building management if needed.

Devons Road and Langdon Park DLR stations are a 5 minute walk away, and Bromley-by-Bow tube station (District + H&C) is 10 minutes away. There is also a bus that runs between Stratford and Greenwich running outside the apartment block. Canary Wharf is also a 25 minute walk away (or 10 mins by DLR).

I'm a professional in Cybersecurity for a media company, working from home around three days a week, and very occasionally travel for work. I like to keep active, playing tag rugby, running, and going to the gym; and I also enjoy going to see live music and the cinema.

I'm looking for a clean, quiet and laid back person who is up for chit-chatting and an occasional coffee/drink but is also respectful of downtime.
