Open to females only!

I’m heading home for the end of the year and subletting my large double bedroom in our spacious 2-bedroom house on the 5th floor in an Apartment in Bow (Zone 2). The room is available from 21 December to 2 January (somewhat flexible if needed). I love my space and keep it super clean so would expect you to do the same. The living room is super cosy too and has nice sunlight coming in through the big balcony doors, making it the perfect spot to cosy up in the winters.

Takes about 15 mins to Canary Wharf and 30 mins to central London
108 free bus going towards Stratford (bus stop is 4 mins away from the house)
Walking distance to Victoria Park (ideal for runs, walks, cafés)
Tesco Express, Tesco, and Sainsbury nearby

👋 Housemates
We are 2 girls in our 20s living in this house but during this period, both of us will be away so the house is all yours! As long as you take proper care of it, you will be able to have your own quiet time in the house without having to worry about flatmates.

I’d be open to discussing shorter stay arrangements if you don’t intend to stay for the entire period from 21st-2nd. Please DM me with a little bit about yourself and your preferred dates. Happy to arrange online/offline viewings next week!
