The room is bright all year long and almost 20m2 with central heating which can be easily separated to living and sleeping areas though the flat can't support a couple for this room. A large, high ceiling balcony with open view to Canary Wharf and greenery.

Variety of shops around including a Tesco Express and many offlicenses within 5 minutes reach. Tesco Superstore, large Lidl, ASDA and many more supermarket chains are located within 15-20 minute walk distance.

Easy access to river walks and parks including Victoria, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Mudchute Park Farm.

Flatmates are a couple and another female living in the single room upstairs both professionals and students both friendly and attentive and we are also looking for similar qualities for our potential flatmate. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one of them is attended for the couples use and one large bathroom to be shared by both this room and the single room upstairs with hot water available for 24 hours (No empty hot water tank horror). Occasional guests are welcome though common comfort and peace of the flat is essential.

A full kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, a combined washer-dryer, espresso machine, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers and a dishwasher. Shared cutleries and pantry also available (preferred that way due to available space). We have a little cat (almost never leaves his room).
