Hello everyone! Thank you for your interest in our lovely apartment. We are moving out in February and subletting our apartment for a minimum 3 months period with intention to rent it out for long term. This apartment has been our home for the last five years and are hoping to find some tenants to make it their forever home away from home.
The apartment has stunning views from every room and has a dual aspect living room - you can see sunrise and sunset every day!
The living room has a lovely balcony and an open plan kitchen. We love having friends over and it’s amazing in the summer to hang out in the balcony and see the lovely sky and sunshine.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The first one is slightly larger and would suit a couple. It comes with a double bed and double wardrobe.
The second room is also a double room and has an en-suite shower. It comes with a double bed, a ladder shelf and built in double wardrobes. This one is slightly smaller and would suit a single individual.
The main bathroom has a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is open plan and comes with all white goods.
The area is buzzing with city professionals and is equidistant from the City and Canary Wharf. There lovely cafes, a listed pub and shared work spaces around.
We hope to find some tenants who can look after this apartment as their own and have a great time living here, just as we have done! Please let us know if you have any questions.
Rent is 2600 per month and you can rent the entire apartment and split the rent as you wish. Bills come up to around £400 a month for the entire apartment. Happy to discuss details.
