About the flat
Purpose-built apartment block, around 300 metres from Devons Road DLR (you can see it from the bedroom) and about a 10-minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow Underground.

The flat has recently had a light refurb, so most things, including everything in the bedroom, are brand new. It is on the third floor (no lift, FYI). I have an ensuite, so the main bathroom is for whoever moves in.

It’s a bright, spacious two-bed, two-bathroom flat with access to a balcony.

Rent: £625 pcm
Bills: ~£215 pcm (so £840 total)
Bills include council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, TV licence, and water.

About you
Looking for a professional, non-smoker, ideally 27+, who’s social, tidy, and trustworthy (I like to pop away from time to time).

Ideally someone around my age who’s up for a friendly, relaxed flatshare. Not a party flat, but also not ships in the night. LGBT or LGBT-friendly.
Looking for someone to move in mid to late February or later, I can be flexible.

About me
My name’s Tony. I’m from Ireland and have lived in London for over 13 years, but only recently moved to Bow in December. Thankfully I haven’t had to move flats too often, but I’m new to this area.

I’m tidy, work in HR / IT, and WFH about 2–3 days a week. I like to keep active and usually head out for coffee, drinks, and the odd bit of exercise.
