Hi girls! We’re looking for a female flatmate (ideally mid-20s to early-30s) to join our lovely 3 bed flat in East London (E3, Zone 2).

* Bright double room that comes with a mattress, under bed storage, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe
* £850 pcm
* Bills approx. £125 pcm (council tax, utilities, WiFi, water & heating)
* Deposit: £795
* Mirrors available for purchase
* The room gets loads of natural light (morning sun ☀️)

🏡 The Flat
* Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
* Clean, well-maintained and homely
* You’ll be living with 2 friendly, extremely clean and tidy girls (this is not a party house!)
* The contract will be a rolling tenancy as per the new laws

* East London, E3 (Zone 2)
* Great transport links - just minutes away from the DLR station that gets you to Stratford & Canary Wharf in minutes
* Local amenities such as Tesco, cafe and gym within walking distance

* Clean, respectful, and easy-going
* Someone who’s friendly and considerate, and happy with a calm, comfortable home
* Working professional, earning over £30k per annum (to pass reference checks!)
