Current flatmate end of August to go back to Brazil due to family circumstances.

Modern furnished room in new-build flat. Less than 5 minutes from the DLR platform (pontoon dock) well connected to Canary Wharf and the city. (40 minutes to Westminster/Bond Street area, 30 minutes to bank, 20 minutes to Canary Wharf)
Ample wardrobe space and desk for working on if required. Double bed and private bathroom/shower room. (Not en-suite but no private bathroom option to select).

Residents gym access available with squat racks, cable machines, plenty of free weights (like 10-12 benches and 4-50kg dumbbells) sauna, steam room pool and cold plunge and jacuzzi - it’s not quite third space but it’s not too far off!

Smoking permitted on terrace only.

Kitchen with dishwasher, all the kitchen stuff is provided so no need to bring things with you unless you really want to.
I work in a charity veterinary hospital as a clinician/surgeon, love house music and dabble in DJing from time to time. Recently started kickboxing too and go to the residents gym 4 times a week.

Would be looking for a flatmate who is happy to socialise at the end of the day but this not a party flat.
Bills included with a cleaner.
Broadband running speeds around 500-600MB/s

Other housemates: 2 rescued ginger cats, both with 3 legs (the same leg missing) their main interests are in any kitchen related activities, bugs, small rodents and birds spotted though the windows, screaming for food and falling over. No obligation to help care for them but would be helpful if I’m away for whatever reason to feed them (would be quieter for you as hunger activates their screaming hobby) - I have a neighbour who is very happy to help should I need it.

Would prefer part cash payment for rent re bills and cleaner
