Modern furnished room in new-build flat. Less than 5 minutes from the DLR platform (pontoon dock) well connected to Canary Wharf and the city.
Ample wardrobe space and desk for working on if required. Double bed and private bathroom/shower room. (Not en-suite but no private bathroom option to select)

Smoking permitted on terrace only.

Kitchen with dishwasher, all the kitchen stuff is provided so no need to bring things with you unless you really want to!

I’m a veterinarian/ DJ/Music producer.

Would be looking for a flatmate who is happy to socialise and debrief about their day rather than a ghost housemate.

This is not a party flat. I do not host parties and do not intend to.

Broadband is 1Gb/s usually running over 500Mbps in real time but still pretty speedy (Hyperoptic)

Other housemates: One rescued ginger cat with 3 legs and an interest in any kitchen related activities and falling over.
