We have small double room (310cm X 340cm ) with built in wardrobe and deck. The room will be available from 1st of January. The room will be repainted, laminate will be replaced and we will provide new memory foam mattress as well.
The kitchen is good size, enough for 5 people to have dinner together and very well equipped. It’s a ground floor 2 storeys flat, we have private garden, one main bathroom with shower and one shower room. We never have morning rush for the bathroom, because we all starting work at different times in the morning. We would like someone clean and tidy, with whom we can become friends. It is not a party flat, we are all professionals and we like to chill and rest when we are home, you will never come home to a house full with strangers drinking and making noise. We also have a cat, and she doesn’t have litter in the flat, but if you allergic to cats, this might be not the place for you. All bills are included in the price, high speed fiber optic internet, cleaning materials, tumble dryer.
