Large river facing apartment

Hey there!

I have a new large double room available in my flat located in a beautiful riverside development.

The apartment is new and offers great transport links to the city using the DLR (around 5 minute’s walk from the development). We also have the benefit of a concierge on site along with a local grocery store.

I am an easy-going landlord and will also reside within the property. Personally, I am a typical person at my age enjoying football, boxing and also F1. I work long hours in the city, so I like coming home to a clean and stress-free environment.
