Lovely room (semi-ensuite) to rent in spacious shared house in Surrey Quays, right by the docklands, with stunning views to Canary Wharf.

The Room
2nd floor, wooden floors, two built-in wardrobes. Furnished with a bed. Two bright windows. Spacious and semi-ensuite (it has a shower and a sink), the toilet is on the same floor and is shared only with one flatmate).

The House
The house is a four-story building, with one bedroom downstairs, kitchen and living room in the middle floor, two bedrooms plus a bathroom on the second floor and finally the loft in the upper floor.
The shared area with the kitchen and living room is an open-concept plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher), pots, pans, coffee machine, etc.
The living room is quite a cozy space with two sofas, one armchair and a massive TV to watch all the movies.

The Tenants
You will sharing this great house with Gustavo (Portuguese-motion designer), Victor (Spanish – architect). We are a very friendly bunch we'd like to keep this great environment.

Location
Located in the heart of Greenland Docks, just 5 minutes away from Surrey Quays (Overground Station) and 10 to 12 minutes away from Canada Water (Tube - Jubilee Line). If you are feeling fancy that day, you can also take the Thames Clipper down the river to go to Canary Wharf or directly to Westminster!
All in all, you can get to Central London in about 20 minutes.
In terms of supermarkets, we have a very handy Tesco Express about three minutes away, for all the late night shopping. For a bigger shopping spree, Surrey Quays Shopping centre is about 5 minutes away, with quite a few shops and a large Tesco. We also have access to Lidl, which is a 10-minute walk away.
If you like sports (which we quite enjoy in the house) you can always go for a run around the lake or to the gym, literally two minutes away from the house.

When to move in?
The room will be available from 1st August.
This is definitely a great house in one of the most beautiful parts of London, which has the feeling of living away from the city with a great connection to the heart of the city.
