This flat is based just a 2-minute walk from Westferry DLR station and numerous bus routes providing access to all areas of London. The location could not be better with Bank and Tower Gateway stations only 10 minutes away by DLR, cycle routes on the doorstep and the river just round the corner with access to river taxis. Canary Wharf and the Jubilee Line are just a 10-minute walk away, with a vast array of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. It is a wonderful part of town to live in.

The flat itself is on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building and has its own gated car park for security and privacy.

There is a secure off road parking space for the residents to use as well as a visitor space.

The room has become free because my tenant has decided to take a career break. She has lived in the flat for just over 2 years and has taken good care of the room and treated the flat as her home. The furniture was new when she moved in and had been recarpeted and painted.

The flat has a cleaner attending weekly, though I am looking for someone to take over the rooms who will be considerate of the shared spaces and also contribute to keeping the flat clean.

The other tenants in the flat are professional females and would like to share with another like-minded female. They work long hours and want to come home to a clean and tidy space where they can relax, cook, invite friends over for dinner, catch up and have a chat, but also sometimes just chill. At weekends they tend to be out and about, but they are also very lovely, thoughtful, sociable and friendly.
