The available room/s is at Royal Victoria Docks (5 mins/380 yards walk from the Canning town station for Jubilee and DLR) on a nice quiet street. Bus stop is 1 minute away.
It is 30mins on a bike to the centre of the city (Bank/St. Paul) , direct DLR.
Canary Wharf /Stratford is a 15 mins pedal bike ride or one stop on Jubilee/DLR. There are well equipped gyms, green spaces and nice hangouts nearby (example- just across the station there’s English National Ballet with events and spaces outside for a drink and a bite).
As for the accommodation, there are good sized double rooms on the first floor with all the amenities and a nice rear garden with a nice patio for garden get-togethers. You are welcome to help if you like watching plants grow! The rooms have double beds with good mattresses, and wall to wall windows with plenty of sunlight. Accommodations have 3 bathrooms/ toilets.
Has a nice living area with a chesterfield sofa, washing machine, fridge/ freezer
and a good size stocked open plan kitchen. There’s a gas hob, grill oven, microwave, other appliances and plenty of utensils if you like to cook.
We have 350mbps high speed business internet.
House split in two levels, kitchen and dining downstairs and rooms on the first floor and if you need anything specific, it can be arranged within reason, for everyone to feel at home and comfortable.
 
About me: I work for a very reputable bank near the Bank Station. I’m a clean, laid back and relax, technology professional and have been working from home since March 2020.
I like going out on drinks, galleries, theatre, a garden party, cycling, or night watching tv. We have a nice projector cinema setup, quite handy in the lockdown.
Love sharing a bottle of red now and then! I like to spend time together with housemates, also respectful to personal space and down time.
