Cosy double bed room in 2 bedroom apartment

Hey! My roommate is moving into her own studio soon, so I’m looking for someone new to move in.

I work a lot and I’m usually at the gym, so I’m hardly home. When I am around on weekends, it’s normally with my daughter or my partner — they’re both really quiet and tidy.

I don’t cook much, and I’ve got my own en suite, so we won’t need to share bathrooms. You’ll have your own bathroom with a bath and shower, and there’s a small storage cupboard outside for non-valuable bits.

The area is super convenient — it’s only a 2-minute walk to the nearest station and the ferry, and there’s a really beautiful park right across the road. The only downside is that the shops nearby close around 11pm at the latest.

The room is available from the 16th of December.

It’s one month’s rent and one month’s deposit.
The rent is £1300 for couples, and all bills are included.
