Hi, I'm looking for a tenant to share my two bedroom flat. It's a really nice place, warm and modern flat, on the first floor of a small block (only 10 flats, 3 floors) in a quiet little street.

It's a 5 minute walk to Westferry DLR (which is 10 mins to Bank), and a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf with all the shops/restaurants you need (and which has excellent and quick connections to the City and Central London via the Elizabeth and Jubilee lines).

It's a large room with a new Emma mattress. You will also have exclusive use of the bathroom pictured. You'll be totally free to furnish/decorate the room as you like.

You will be sharing with myself, a professional who works hybrid. There's a large shared living area and kitchen with all the mod cons, high speed internet and a big desk for working. Theres a small balcony and free parking around the corner.

It's all bills included (and again, its very nice n warm in winter and lovely sun facing in the evenings). I've been living here for almost 3 years and it's really perfect for someone working in either Canary Wharf or the City. Very close to restaurants/bars/gyms.
