We have one room to rent in our 4 bedroom house overlooking the Greenland Dock. The room is a double and is on the first floor, overlooking the garden.

The house has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room and a garden.

All bills are included (council tax, electricity and gas, water)

Move in date has some flexibility, starting with 1st December onwards.

• 5 min to Surrey Quays station for Overground
• 10 min to Canada Water station for Underground and Overground
• 12 min to Greenland Surrey Quays Pier for Thames Clippers
• 5 min to Tesco Extra and Shopping Centre
• 7 min to Southwark Park
• 5 min to Stave Hill Park

The housemates are professionals working in market research, NGOs and academics.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, cleans after themselves, responsible, respectful and who will consider this as a home and not another share house.
