Hi there,

I’m looking for 2 Flatmates to join me with taking a flat in e14. It’s a 3 bedroom flat available near south Quay station (E14) in a joint contract with myself. Viewings not available as the lettings agent said they will get offers next week but I can send videos as I’ve seen the flat and it’s absolutely gorgeous!
References and right to work and live in UK required. Contract signing and making an offer ASAP.
To confirm this is a joint tenancy agreement with myself so the contract is on a flat not room basis.

1 En-suite with balcony access. Rent 1200 plus bills.

1 normal double 1100 plus bills: 1 bathroom to share with myself AND 1 extra guest toilet for us 2 persons. There’s balcony access from the kitchen and shared living space.

There’s also a separate laundry room which is great
Rent is room share plus bills. (Around 200-250)

About me: I am super chilled , clean and tidy individual . 28 years , compliance manager, keep to myself, but always up for a social gathering. Go gym 3 times a week as well. Looking for like minded individuals. Preferably a girl.
