Hi – we are looking for a professional between the age of 26-35 to share this wonderful flat! The availability is listed as 15th Dec, but there can be some flexibility.

A bit about the flat:

- The flat itself is really spacious and bright with lots of light. There is a large open plan kitchen/living room with a balcony which has a stunning view of the city and water! It’s on the top floor (13th floor) so the views are particularly great!
- High-end kitchen appliances, countertops and finishes etc.
- The flat has a 24 hr concierge, free access to residents gym, CCTV, on site security and secure bicycle storage.
- There is a shared office space for working from home (converted third bedroom into a study!). There is also space in your room or the living room for an additional desk so you’ll have plenty of space to work comfortably if you need to.
- There is a shared shoe cupboard (so dreamy!) and a large walk in storage cupboard in the flat that you can store things if needed and hang your coats.
- there is a lovely park just 2 minutes walk away along the waterfront!

Location:
- it’s literally 1 minute from pontoon dock tube (on the DLR) so it’s super convenient travel-wise and feels very safe at night (no long walks in the dark/rain!)
- 15 mins to Canary Wharf
- 15/20 mins to Bank
- 22 mins to London Bridge

A bit about your room:
- The room is a decent size with lots of wardrobe space (see below)
- It has a king sized bed with a really comfy Silentnight pocket sprung memory foam topped mattress (so comfy!)
- large built in, custom-made wardrobes (for those of you who have too many clothes like I do! Guilty…)
- You would have your own modern bathroom with good cabinet space
- Bills are included which also includes includes a cleaner for the common areas and bathrooms once a month. Wi-Fi is extremely fast and unlimited.
