Looking for a clean, tidy, respectful, friendly, and calm housemate to join my happy and peaceful 3 bed 2 bath home.

Would love a housemate I look forward to catching up with when I get home, and equally happy to give each other personal space, someone happy to have homely, sociable vibes.

I love watching TV, occasional games nights, dinners etc. as well as all interests listed.

I work in TV & Film with a home recording studio set up so would suit someone who is out at work most of the day or totally happy to keep silent while recording’s in progress.

Short term/longer term/part-time lets - willing to discuss all for the right person. Bills will be dependent on length and type of stay.

Room is large, fully furnished, with a EU Queen sized bed, and you would pretty much have your own bathroom (I use it to have baths occasionally, but I have my own en-suite shower).

Within a quiet, safe and relaxing neighbourhood in the Docklands, right by the river (which you can see a glimpse of from the balcony) and the docks.

Cafe, restaurant, retail park, shops and DLR station all within 10 minute walk away.

37 mins to Tottenham Court Road station from front door. Within easy reach of central London via Elizabeth Line from Custom House, or Jubilee Line at Canning Town.

Quick access to Canary Wharf and London City Airport.
