Room available in riverfront flat

We have one room coming available in our 3 bed flat facing the river. Available from April 21st

£1,100 p/m + bills.

You'll be sharing with one couple (Jonny & Emm). We work as a photographer and interior designer. Both 30, non smokers and have lived in the property for over two years and longer in the area.

Bills are reasonably cheap, even in winter. The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with bed + mattress and built in wardrobes.

The flat has two balconies, the largest of which is South facing onto the river.

There's a DLR stop within 5min walk, Uber boat pier can be seen from the balcony + plenty of bus stops around too.

You will have mostly free use of the main bathroom which is only otherwise used when we have guests.

Underground parking is available if needed, but is rented separately around the estate - Usually a space can be found for around £150 p/m.

Ideally we'd like no pets, however could be tempted by the right person / animal combo IF fully trained already.

In general we are not a party flat (other than the odd birthday or celebration), but we do like to have people over for dinner occasionally. We're both into our exercise and tend to have fairly busy weekends with various hobbies. Jonny is freelance and often works from home while Emm is in the office 5 days a week.

We're looking for someone with similar interests / lifestyle (We're not after someone wanting to party at the flat or that's going to be in and out of the flat in the middle of the night regularly etc).
