The advertised monthly price is based on 3 nights per week as follows;

1 night per week - £60 per night/£260 pcm
2 nights per week - £55 per night/£475 pcm
3 nights per week - £50 per night/£650 pcm

*Overview*
I am looking to rent my second double room in my 2 bedroom apartment in a secure, gated development in the Docklands (E16), Zone 2. It would be perfect for professionals needing a comfortable, convenient base in London on a part-time basis. Bills are included in the price.

The room is a double room, with new furnishings and a large built in wardrobe. There is lots of natural light, with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to a large balcony with fantastic riverside views overlooking the O2 and Canary Wharf. You would also have your own private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, it is located near to the bedroom and will not be shared.

*Communal Space*
There is a large, open-plan living and kitchen area with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows offering riverside views. There are two large balconies in the apartment. I want you to feel like this is your second home whilst you are in London and therefore happy for you to use all the communal areas as you need.

You are also welcome to leave personal belongings and have additional storage space if needed.

You’ll be sharing with me, a professional male working in healthcare with variable 12-hour shifts. Sometimes you’ll have the place to yourself and sometimes I may be at home.

I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, seeking someone similar who prefers a comfortable, regular stay over hotels or Airbnb. I’m relaxed, friendly, and approachable, happy to socialise while also respecting your independence. This is a quiet home to relax after a days work.

The room also has new bedding which you are welcome to use (or you can bring your own if you’d prefer). I’m also happy to provide fresh towels if you’d prefer to not have to bring these with you when you stay.

I can also arrange for bed linen to be laundered as you require (this has an additional cost as would be third party laundry company), or you are free to use the washing machine if you prefer.
