We're looking for either a couple or single person, to take on a double ensuite room in a newbuild 3-bed apartment, Docklands area from 22nd October

Area: Pontoon Dock, Docklands area
Rent: £1616 (£808 per person) plus bills, wifi included
Available: 22nd Oct (12 month contract with 6 month break clause, also opportunity to extend)

The building is right in front of Pontoon Dock station, which has good transport links to central (London Bridge or Bank in less than 20 mins). The room on offer is a double with an ensuite, with built in wardrobes and incredible high-story views of the Thames Barrier and the park. The flat offers huge amount of space and storage, with an open-plan living and dining area as well as a big balcony. The building also comes with an on-site 24/7 concierge, gym, yoga studio, TV room and even a Dining room (to hire for events).

As the flat is luxury, the price for the room is £1616, not including main bills. However bills are generally cheaper than a lot of London locations as they are split between 4 people (if we get a couple in), and Wifi is included. The flat is also always so warm as we’re on the 11th floor so we never use the heating, which is a huge bonus if you hate being cold in the winter!!

About us: We're working professionals in the city(myself 28, Josh 26) both super chill, up for a laugh and a fun evening out somewhere but equally like our own space, are tidy and respectful.
