Double room for rent - council tax band E

We have a lovely double room to rent with large windows and a view of Canary Wharf in the distance. The room is furnished with a double bed frame, a wardrobe, books shelves and a desk. The only thing you would need to provide personally is a mattress.

We have two loving and well behaved doggies so we are ideally looking for a dog lover. They are trained and well behaved so they won't bother you but you will definitely be greeted enthusiastically every time you enter the apartment, for that reason you will need to be fairly comfortable interacting with them.

I work as a manager in the fitness industry and my partner is currently attending university. We are in our late thirties so definitely not party animals any more. We have quite a low key, quiet lifestyle. Some of our hobbies include long walks with the dogs, movies, martial arts, music, and cooking.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and easy going. We would like someone who is clean and tidy, we've had so many lodgers who seemed to assume that their rent included maid service, and we definitely don't want that again. We do expect that any lodger cleans the stuff that they are using behind themselves, including bathroom and kitchen. We are not accepting lodgers that work from home. Smoking is fine so long as you take it outside or on the balcony, we don't allow smoking inside the apartment.
