About us
We’re a friendly, tidy female working professional couple living in the other room. When we’re not at work we like to hang out and explore, the odd Netflix binge or gaming session, and generally keeping the flat clean, calm and respectful. We’re looking for someone who values both an easy-going chat and plenty of personal space.
The flat
1. Move-in date: From now on. Long-term let preferred.
2. Layout: New-build 2 bed / 2 bath flat; you’ll have the double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
3. Resident perks (all free): indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, cinema room, residents’ lounge, co-working / meeting rooms and 24-hour concierge.
4. Rent: £1,300 pcm (£300 per week) excluding bills. Council tax and utilities will be split equally
Location: Less than 5-minute walk to Custom House station (Elizabeth line & DLR). 15 mins direct to Tottenham Court Road. Safe, well-lit neighbourhood with supermarkets and many restaurants close by.
Ideal flatmate
1. Female, working professional (or mature post-grad).
2. Clean and organised
3. Keeps regular hours, considerate, and easy to get along with.
4. No smoking in the flat or on the balcony
