This is a gorgeous double room in a penthouse riverside flat, less than 5 min from Pontoon Dock Station, with direct links to Bank (20 mins), Canary Wharf (20 mins) and Stratford (10 mins) we are in an ideal location for commuting to the City, Canary Wharf or Central London. The flat is a new build and situated in a wonderful closed community (food markets, fairs... the lot!) so everything is nice and new!

💕 Your Room and Amenities:
The bedroom is a great size (12'1" x 9'7") and is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
You'll have sole access to the large family bathroom and our huge open-plan living and dining room, which is fully fitted with appliances. This includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer, a 70 inch television with all the channels you can think of (including US sports channels for those of you who love watching basketball, or boxing!). The apartment also has a balcony with garden and river views.

You will also benefit from the local Sainsbury's, Starbucks, Café's and restaurants all within the community and within 2 minutes walk.

💕 About You:

Looking for a professional woman (late 20s and above) who's friendly, tidy, and likes a calm, comfortable home. Someone who enjoys their own space but also doesn't mind the occasional chat or dinner together.

You ideally work hybrid or full-time in the office and appreciate a home that's stylish, peaceful and well looked after.

I'm in my 30s and work in professional services. I'm usually in the office during the day. I love Pilates, fitness and cooking, and enjoy keeping the flat feeling relaxed and welcoming. I'm social and always up for a good natter, but l also really value my quiet time.
