Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my lovely room in our 3-bed apartment on London City Island, and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

Spacious king-size bedroom with a private en suite bathroom
Floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the outdoor heated pool
Comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, large fitted wardrobe, two bedside drawers, chest of drawers (I bought these but happy to leave there) and a lamp
(Please note: standing desk, office chair & large mirror shown in the pictures are not included - I will be taking these home with me)
En suite includes a walk-in shower with both a rainfall and handheld showerhead, heated towel rail, and mirror cabinet for storage

🏡 The Flat
Bright and modern 3-bed apartment with an open-plan living and kitchen area
Kitchen fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster, iron, and all utensils
Smart TV in the living room
Large balcony overlooking the pool and River Lea, with beautiful views of the London skyline - featuring views of Canary Wharf which looks stunning at night!
All furniture is modern and in great condition
💡 As a flat, we’ve bought lots of extra household items (TV, air fryer, shoe rack, etc.) that weren’t provided by the landlord, so I’ll be asking for a heavily discounted fee to sell my share of these to the new tenant.

👬 Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with two friendly Indian male friends from Ireland (25–27). One’s an actuary and the other a software engineer. Both work hybrid (usually two days in office) and are sociable but easy-going. They’re busy with work and gym during the week, enjoy game nights, and like to have friends visit on weekends.

💸 Rent, Bills & Tenancy Details
Rent: £1,200 pcm
Bills: Around £40 pcm (energy, water, broadband – varies by usage)
Council Tax: Tower Hamlets, Band E – approx £88.60 pcm per person
Security Deposit: £1,268.46 (payable to the estate agency and protected in a tenancy deposit scheme)
Tenancy: This will be a name change handled through the estate agency

🏡 About Me / Why I’m Leaving
I’ve absolutely loved living here for the past 8 months. I’m only moving out to be closer to family. I’ve really enjoyed London life and feel ready to move home and save again!
