Luxury Bedroom (private bath): London City Island

Hi all! This is a flat in an outstanding new luxury development with a gym sauna steam, pool, cinema room, rooftop with incredible views of London city (Canary Wharf, the Shard). The club house honestly feels like a resort and is a great way to relax on weekends or weekday evenings after a long work day. Unfortunately I am relocating for a new job so need to leave. However the management has been great and I'm really going to miss this place. We even have a rooftop 5 aside football pitch and practice tennis court.

The flat is a huge 2 bed 2 bathroom flat around 990 sqft. It has a mini winter garden - which is retractable so either you make the living room bigger or have a separate winter garden section.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from April 10th, and it would go on till mid November. So that would be a 7.5 month duration with the option to extend with a new flatmate. The current flatmate is a 31 year old clean male working as a tech consultant for a big consulting firm. He has the ensuite room and is paying more. He's a very nice guy who will hang out with you and talk to you if you like, or leave you alone as well if you prefer. He rarely has any guests over and works from home around 2-3 days a week.

This room has its own bathroom but its detached outside. In the video it is the second room shown and you have a slight view of the river from the room. Ping me asap if interested thanks!
