I’m currently looking for a female tenant to fill a double room in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in the E14 area for 1 year.
My current flatmate is moving out due to a change of circumstances, so I’m looking for someone to replace her.
About the flat:
- Spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a balcony overlooking Bow Creek river
- A private bathroom with a bath and shower (for the new tenant’s sole use)
- Reception desk at the front of the building
Rent: £1,111 pcm (each)
Bills: approx. £207 pcm (each) - covering internet, water, energy, and council tax
The agency will require a deposit and references.
A bit about me:
I’m a professional working in marketing and WFH most days. I enjoy cooking, watching TV shows and films, spending time with friends and family, going to live music events, and having some self-care time. I also like to try something new and fun every now and again.
I’m friendly, tidy, and easygoing, and I value a calm, comfortable home. I like being sociable and getting along well with the person I live with, while also respecting each other’s personal space. I’m looking for someone considerate and like-minded who wants a relaxed, friendly place to call home.
