My current flatmate is moving back home to save money, so I’m looking for someone to replace her.
About the flat:
- open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony
- the main bathroom (bath + shower) will be for the new tenant’s use
- has a reception desk at the front of the building
The rent is around £1111 per month (each). Bills are not included and are approx. £229 (each) covering internet, water, energy, and council tax.
The agency will require a deposit and references.
