Room with nice view

This is Hossein. I’m 34. Computer Engineer and a film producer.

I just got a new build in East London (E14 0XW). I have a spare room that want to rent.

It is close to:
10-15 minutes walk to East India or All Saint DLR
- 15-20 minutes walk(7 minutes lime) to Caning Town in Jubilee line, DLR
- 25-30 minutes walk(11 minutes lime) to Canary Wharf
- 13 minutes lime to Central line in Mile End or Stratford

Lime in London has a subs that you pay £7 a month and then almost all rides are £1.7. I also use gold forest e-bikes with almost all rides £1.

The flat is new build in 10th floor of one of the Berkeley buildings. The room is around 9square meters. With a very nice window and view to sky scrappers of Canary Wharf. But not furnished.

We have free gym. Free cinema and free game room. Soon we will have free pool. (So at least no subs for gym 😅, and I’m filmmaker I have all films you need, so almost no cinema tickets too 😬).

Unfortunately there is only one bathroom that we have to share. But it’s quite big and very beautiful.

I have very good and nice furniture for living room. And kitchen. Including a nice handmade Persian carpet arriving soon. And we have a very nice and big balcony.

I work from home at least two days a week. I’m super tidy. I cook, but mostly Persian foods 😬.

What else: I’m social but also appreciate and respect having our own soace. I go gym, read books watching films too. Of-course weekends going to see friends or just a walk outside on sunny days. Sometimes inviting friends over too. I’m flexible and easygoing.

The room is available right away and we can negotiate the price of-course.
