House mates are young independent, working professionals 27 to 35. They are mixed nationalities. Positive, and friendly, good vibes house hold. A regular cleaning service is in place for communal areas.
Check out the glass canope roof in the shared living room with large smart TV, natural bamboo hardwood flooring, leather couch, two full sized bathrooms -wet room shower on top floor and a second rainfall shower on ground (both with heated floors), and sunny garden area in rear garden for bbq's. The kitchen boasts a new induction hob, fan oven, and two large new fridge/freezers, new washing machine, new built in microwave. A real pleasure to cook in.
The house is a peaceful space with good vibes. It is located on a nice, quite, safe, residential street (with parking) about 3 minutes walk to Custom house and Prince Regent-DLR station in Docklands (opposite side to the Excel events building).
Transport is really accessible to he city and central London. It is a 15 min commute to Canary Wharf(via DLR), 20 min to Liverpool (via central), 20 min to Westminster (via Jubilee)
Seeking tidy, friendly working person to house share. Experience living in a shared house is preferred.
