2.) A spacious double room hardwood floors, and a big bay window- perfect for a desk. There two full sized closets and lots of storage in the under bed area.
Walk in and instantly feel right at home.
House mates are young independent, working professionals 27 to 40. They are mixed nationalities. Positive, and friendly, good vibes house hold. A regular cleaning service is in place for communal areas.
Check out the glass canope roof in the shared living room with large smart TV, natural bamboo hardwood flooring, leather couch, two full sized bathrooms -wet room shower on top floor and a second rainfall shower on ground (both with heated floors), and sunny garden area in rear garden for bbq's. The kitchen boasts a new induction hob, fan oven, and two large new fridge/freezers, new washing machine, new built in microwave. A real pleasure to cook in.
The house is located on a nice, quite, safe, residential street (with parking) about 3 minutes walk to Custom house and Prince Regent-DLR station in Docklands (opposite side to the Excel events building).
Transport is really accessible to he city and central London. Elisabeth line and DLR stops here so only 8 minutes to Canary wharf and easy access to Central line and Jubilee via Canningtown.
Seeking tidy, friendly working person to join house share. Experience living in a shared house is preferred.
No couples please.
P. S. There is no smoking in the house but we do have a garden just off the living room.
