Hi,

After three years living here, I am leaving my cosy double room.
The room includes a double bed, a desk, a comfy chair and two closets.

The household are 4 friendly professionals, 3 guys and one girl and a cat called Bobby.
All of them are nice and sociable, we enjoy having a chat but we all also respect each other privacy. The house has a lovely garden where we have BBQs during the summer.

The house is located on a quiet residential road, less than 10 minutes away from Cricklewood broadway where you can find a shop for anything you need including 24 hour shops; a few gyms and variety of supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Iceland and co-op), including fresh fruit and vegetable stores at very cheap prices!
Moreover, we are a stones throw away from Gladstone Park, which apart from the large garden, has been a blessing in lockdown! and many other green spaces around.

we are in a well connected area with a multitude of buses in all directions allowing you to get to Kilburn tube and Brondesbury overground within 10 minutes, or less than 12 minutes walk to Willesden green (zone2) or Dollis hill (zone 3) on the jubilee line (24 hours on weekend). and there is also Cricklewood station approximately 15 minute walk from the house all allowing you to be in the City of London within 40 minutes.

The total for rent and bills for the room is £435.5
monthly Rent £ 311 + £124.5 Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, and house sundries) .

Also, the room is available to take as soon as possible by a young professional (sorry, couples and students are not accepted) and the landlord ask for job and landlord’s references.
