Hi! This is Marcelo, I'm an Argentinian/Italian guy who has been living in London for almost 2 years now and in this flat. For rent is a beautiful double room in NW2 (zone 2/3) Dollis Hill. You would be living with two other professional males (25-30), 1 of them working from home currently in compliance (only I work from home and temporarily due to Covid) and the other one, Harold, works as an estate agent. Our current flatmate is moving out due to having to relocate to Southampton for work. So it’s three people in total in the flat.

The room is spacious and has plenty of natural light. This room comes with en suite shower and sink exclusive to yourself. You will of course have access to the main full bathroom in the flat (to use the toilet) which is only shared with one other flatmate, Harold (i have my own full en suite bathroom so I don't use the flat's main bathroom at all).

FURNITURE: Your room comes with a built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, mattress, bed frame, and a couple of pieces of furniture (Desk, chair, bedside table, lamp, sofa chair next to the bed). Please note the TV and speaker are not included, those belong to the current flatmate.

KITCHEN/COMMON AREA: Kitchen includes a newly bought microwave, a newly bought washing machine, a dish washer and a tumble dryer. Besides a fridge with freezer, and typical kitchen stuff and tools. There is also a balcony in the kitchen which you can use. Please note that smoking inside the flat is FORBIDDEN, you can however smoke outside the building or in this balcony while respecting the neighbours and the place.

BUILDING/AREA: The flat boasts FREE off-street and on-street parking and good travel links with Dollis Hill Jubilee line station only a 15-minute walk. Also, 5 minutes walk you have the 332 which leaves you in Paddington/Notting Hill, 245, 232, and other main lines of buses. We are next to Kilburn, West Hampstead, Cricklewood.

For me, the highlight is the 2 min walk to access the huge and pretty Gladstone park (just opposite our flat) with a fantastic coffee shop/cafe that's now open Thursday through Sunday, Stables Cafe, they are amazing and their bakery is homemade and super tasty!

Please note the building is quiet. We are two chilled and friendly flatmates looking for someone clean, that will clean after themselves (this is essential!), that will respect each other's privacy and that will treat this place like a home. We share some time together, but we also value our own privacy and others.

REQUIREMENTS: landlady will not require references, but will request a 1 month deposit of course, proof of ID, and a letter from your current employer confirming your current full employment status.
