Spacious double room (with new mattress and lots of storage space) in bright and clean home on quiet cul-de-sac.

We have a lovely garden, spacious shared open plan dining & living room and a cat. House is carpeted and furnished. Bathroom has a bathtub and is separate to toilets (we have two toilets). We have a washer/dryer combo in a separate kitchen.

Buses are 2mins away at the bottom of the road (15mins ride to Brent Cross shopping centre) and Dollis Hill station is about a 15min walk through the lovely Gladstone Park. Neasden station is 12mins away. Central London is 30mins away by public transport.

Very quiet residential area with a lovely neighbourhood. Supermarkets/gyms/stores all around the vicinity (under 20mins)- including Asda, Lidl, Sainsburys.

Bills are not included- we pay electricity/gas/internet/council tax. They are circa 50-70/pm.

You will be sharing with only 2 other people.
