There are lots of relaxation space, opportunity to make use of multiple communal areas, but the house is large and privacy is very accessible.

The length of the current contract is 12 months from September 1st with a break clause 6 months in. You can replace yourself on the contract at any point for a small admin fee.

The current occupants are young professionals who make use of relaxing in the garden (underneath the apple tree), making home-cooked food/baking, and maintaining a neat home for both productive working and comfortable relaxation.
