Three spacious double rooms available

Hello my name is Bina.
I’m a super friendly retired grandma looking to rent my rooms out.
All rooms are spacious with double beds. Two rooms have fitted wardrobes and the last one has two separate wardrobes. You will have full access to the garden and communal areas (living room, kitchen etc). The house has a shower room with a toilet and then a separate bathroom and toilet. At the bottom of the garden is an outhouse. We could turn this into offices or a house gym to be decided together.
There is free parking on the road and Gladstone park is under a 5 minute walk. Our closest tube station is Dollis Hill on the jubilee line or an even shorter walk is the Brent Cross West station which has access to King’s Cross / Blackfriars etc on the Thames link.

The cost of the accommodation will include bills and cleaning of communal areas. I am a super friendly active grandma who loves cooking. I am easy going and would love to have housemates that are friendly and looking for a home!
