Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances such as cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, exhaust fan and dryer.

Transport links: Within a radius of 200m there are transport links to Kilburn, West Hampstead and Golders Green as well as Willesden, Neasden and Dollis Hill tube stations and Cricklewood and Brondesbury main line stations. This area is also on the route of Night buses to and from the West End to Edgware.

Shopping: Lidl, Tesco Express, Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, Morrison, Aldi, Co-Op and Brent Cross Shopping Centre are all based locally. Many of the shops and supermarkets have extended opening hours (08.00 – 23.00) or are open 24hrs.

Facilities: Gladstone Park is at the end of the street and every Saturday morning it hosts the Parkrun. In addition, there are tennis courts, a bowling green, an exhibition gallery and a play area with teams playing football/ cricket/ tennis/ kites, depending upon the season.
