Quiet sunny furnished double room

We will be having a free sunny room of the size of a small living room from July for a decent price.
The largest room in the house is situated at the back of the house so it's really peaceful and on the 1st floor, no ground floor, with an access to a tinny back garden.
2 minutes to the Dollis Hill tube station.
3 rooms, 3 people all together.
In the house is no living room, small kitchen and a 1 bathroom. We each use our own Internet mobile hotspot, no WiFi. But you are free to sign up for yourself. Utility bills are really low during the whole year.
The utility room and the washing maschine is unfortunately at the back of the house, where we all need to have an access based on the agreement upfront. It's a pass trough room with 2 doors to the utility room. We both will respect your privacy and belongings.
We both work office hours, quiet weekends, resting up, cooking, preparing for the weak ahead, no parties, it's a quiet house with a family based neighbourhood. Very safe in the nights too. You are free to bring friends over as guests.
Small corner shop is juts by the station 2 minutes walk away. Big Sainsbury's is near by when using the bus it's 15 minutes on any buses ci muting on the Broadway, or walk in the same time approximately alongside on the quieter back road.
Cleaning is done based on a weekly rotating rotas or we can hire a cleaner once a week.
Rent and bills are paid monthly, utility top up sums depending on the agreement.
