Room In Lovely House In Dollis Hill

Hello!

We are two recent graduates looking for two new flatmates. We have been living in this house for the past two years, but our current flatmates are moving out of the country </3

Our house has a lovely living room with a TV, a dining table and sofa, and access to the beautiful garden. We love socialising, watching films together and having BBQs when the weather is nice. We also have a shed where we can store stuff.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. We also have a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. We are used to sharing all utensils, but that's not a deal breaker. We love chatting and hanging out together when we're cooking, listening to music and gossiping.

On the ground floor there is a room which is already occupied (by me!). Top floor has 3 rooms and a bathroom we all share. One room is occupied by Mimi (your other future flatmate!) who loves to bake and is willing to share her goodies.

Room 1 is available and fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and one cupboard. The desk you can see in the photos is available for purchase if wanted. The room has a lovely view of the back garden and the occasional cats that visit us!

Room 2 is slightly smaller, but just as cosy. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bookshelf and also a lovely view to the garden.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower head. We share it amongst 4 people, but we always do our best to make sure nobody is waiting for ages!

We are located just across Gladstone park - a lovely residential area, with schools around. The park is huge and absolutely lovely, especially now during summer. The closest station is Dollis Hill, on the jubilee line. It takes about 18 min to walk there, but we promise it's a lovely walk! The other closest station is Brent Cross West on the Thameslink. Buses around us go towards Paddington and Wembley. There is also a Lidl a 20 min walk away.

As a household, we are used to doing food shopping together online, so you'd be more than welcome to join!

(UPDATE: WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING STUDENTS AS WELL) As we mentioned, we are recent graduates, so we are looking exclusive for working professionals as we will be paying council tax this year - our band is F. The amount will be roughly £70 per month, but we can discuss paying plans.

The rent for room 1 is £830, under a one year contract, with the possibility of extending it. Bills sit at roughly £45 per month and we have to pay for TV license per our renting contract - it's roughly £37 per person once a year. So monthly, everything comes to about £945.

Room 2 is also under a one year contract. Rent is £710 + £45 bills + £70 council tax = £825 per month. £37 once a year for TV license.

Our landlord will require references, bank statements, right to rent and ID documentation. They also accept guarantors, if that's your case!

We are primarily looking for females, but can consider males. We are a welcoming LGBTQ+ house, so we expect the new residents to align with that.

Smoking is not permitted in the premise and no pets allowed.
