Beautiful, newly converted attic room available in a well kept house.
We are looking for a professional person who is clean and quiet to share our lovely flat on the first floor in the 3 bed house near Gladstone Park. At the moment there are 2 ladies living on the first floor flat (Italian and Mexican)
There is a lounge/kitchen with comfortable sofa and 55in TV where we socialise every now and then, but we also value our privacy and tranquility.
Tolerance, open mindedness and kindness are our values and we would like to find someone alike.
This place is exceptional.
Gladstone Park with Stables Cafe that has the best cakes outside of France is 6min walking distance away.
The nearest transport is the Brent Cross West Thameslink Station that takes you to Central London in 15min (St. Pancreas International/ Farringdon), alternatively you can change after 1 stop for West Hampstead from where you catch Jubilee Line. The walking time is 15min but this room comes with bicycle hire included.
I own the house and live in the separate flat on the ground floor.
Occasionally I take my lodgers by car, shopping at the nearby Lidl, or let them use my lovely garden in summer.
Your room has its own kitchenette so you can have coffee or tea or wash your hands without going to the main kitchen on the first floor.
