Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy on a room in a three bed flat. It’s a five min walk from Dollis Hill station (Jubilee Line) so has easy quick access to central. Rent is £750 per month and you must be able to provide a UK guarantor.
Ideally someone would move in around 15th January and the lease is until 31st July 2026. Students are welcome (especially drama school students!)
You’ll be sharing with (F22) a current musical theatre MA student and (M23) an actor. Both of them love a chat but are also super busy so the flat is a nice mix of busy and quiet times. It would be great to find someone who’s creative as well!
The flat is finished really nicely and feels very new and fresh. There’s a big park a 15 min walk away (Gladstone Park) and a big Sainsbury’s a 15 min walk to Willesden Green. It’s two stops from Wembley so lots of outlet shopping there as well as more supermarkets. There is also a corner shop outside the station that is open early and late which is super handy.
(Council Tax Band C - all bills come to £181 per month)
