Double room in Dollis Hill

Hi, i’m sadly moving back to my country soon and will need someone to replace me for the remaining of my lease (ending the 21st May with option to renew)

I have 2 flatmates:

Marty is 21 years old, studying for audio engineer and music production, he’s most of the time in Bulgaria but comes back when the semester starts, he’s super chill and sweet person.

Anzhi is 22 years old, also studying music engineering, and works at a coffee shop, she’s from Bulgaria, very fun, loves videogames and music, they both play guitar and have a band together “Lost Lyra” (like shoegaze/alternative rock - they sound VERY cool btw)

She also has a rescued dog called Roxy (who lives in the house too), she is the sweetest and i will miss her forever, so you better give her lots of love for me. (Anyways Anzhi takes full care and responsibility for her, so other than getting some dog cuddles and hair on your clothes, it won’t affect you much)

The room is really nice and quiet, the house is very warm in winter and cool in the summer.
The bed, mattress, bedside table and closet are included. I can also let you keep some of my furniture if needed as i’m trying to get rid of it.

Another big plus is the landlord and the agency are one of the best that i’ve had in my time in London, quick to respond and resolve, and generous.

There is lots of buses 2 min walk away, and also Dollis hill station (jubilee line) is a short 8 minute walk from the house so you could be in bond street in 30 minutes door to door.
There is a small sainsbury’s 2 minutes away and also a really big one 10 minute walk, and lots of good restaurants and chicken shops around too.

water bill is included with the rent, and for all the rest we pay around 50 quid each (internet and electricity/gas)

if you are a student you don’t have to pay council tax but if you aren’t you’ll have to pay by yourself - with the single person discount - and it’s around 150 a month
