Singe room available at amazing location

The room: small room with single bed(double wouldn't fit easily), the price is 400pm and bills are around 60 ppm.

The flat: Friendly place to live in a really safe and peaceful area, just next to Gladstone Park. Dollis Hill tube station is around 15 min walk, Killburn tube station is around 15-20 min by bus. There are 4 rooms in the flat, altogether 5 person will live in the flat. We live here as friends, so we would like to find someone who is happy to have a chat, a few beer or play video games. Everyone is between 25-30 years old professionals.
We rent the flat as equal tenants from an agency, they are requiring 6 weeks deposit, but there is no agency fee(we are renting this flat for 3 years so everything is sorted).
