Large, Bright Double Bedroom In Refurbished House

We are three long-term flatmates who are currently looking for a new housemate to join us in our shared 4-bedroom house (2 upstairs/2 downstairs). Your potential future room is a spacious, bright double bedroom with garden view on the ground floor at the back side of the house. It's fully furnished (as seen in pictures) and well looked after. The room is available the week starting 05th of September. Ideally, we're looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 3 months.

The property:

You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other person, it was refurbished earlier this year.

There is an extended modern kitchen with a few highlights:
- dishwasher
- AMAZING coffee shop level coffee machine
- 2 fridge-freezers
- gas hob
- all appliances and kitchen accessories your heart desires

We have a green, sunny garden with seating areas, a BBQ, a small outdoor gym area under a gazebo and space to dry laundry.

There's also a small guest room with a mattress upstairs if you have overnight guests.

The people:

There are three of us from Portugal, Germany and Greece, we're quite sociable people and like to share food and drinks and good conversation. However, we also all work full-time stressful jobs and know to respect each others' space. We're looking for someone like-minded, tidy and easy going.

Note, there is a cute and cuddly but crazy cat in the house, his name is Toni and he is addicted to food.

The financials:

The room is £850 with all bills and amenities included, as well as all household products. The deposit is £500. Council Tax Band D (incl. in rent).
