Bright double Drayton Park / Arsenal Islington

Available from April a spacious and bright double room with own bathroom in a great 2-bed flat located Drayton Park / Arsenal (opposite the Emirates stadium). The flat is very well connected being a couple of minutes walk to Drayton Park to pick up the train to either Highbury & Islington for Victoria Line or Old Street / Moorgate to pick up Northern Line, and Arsenal is a 5+ minute walk for Piccadilly Line! Walking distance to east Dalston way and the likes of Clissold Park and London Fields.

The room is good size double with a large full height built-in wardrobe and has full height windows flooding the room with light!
It comes unfurnished so ideal if you have some own furniture, but there is the option to buy some of the outgoing tenants bedroom furniture (IKEA ottoman bed and Malm type storage) for circa £350. I have bought a new sofa and TV that we can enjoy in the lounge.

The flat is bright and tidy, the kitchen is great with Smeg appliances and dishwasher, the kitchen is open plan with large living area and balcony over looking the Emirates stadium.

Bills aren’t included come to around £60 + council tax £90 each, I plan to shop around to get cheaper bills package once I take over.

Me: I’m an engineer working in consultancy, I work mainly on site during the week and occasionally a day from home (in my room), am good at keeping the place clean and relatively tidy. Like most 30 somethings adulting keeps me pretty busy during the week and either gym, football or chilling after work but up for a social drink or pub, mostly out at weekends sometimes the occasional rave ;)

You: I’ve done the Spareroom rounds for bare years so open to sharing with anyone tbh I’m not too descript, must be chill and someone who respects each others space, happy to hangout when we have time, being clean is a green flag ha and must be LGBTQ inclusive.

Not available for couples, ideally suit professionals also pets aren’t allowed sorry!
